Services
Tydal Property Services provides commercial cleaning services in Montréal, QC. Services are delivered according to the scope of work outlined in your signed proposal.
Pricing & Billing
Monthly rates are billed via pre-authorized debit (PAD) on the 1st of each month. Rates are locked for the contract term, subject to annual escalation of 3% on each contract anniversary. Wage escalation fees track changes published by the CPEEP (Québec).
Contract Term
Service agreements are month-to-month unless otherwise specified in your proposal. Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice.
Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@tydalcleaning.ca with 30 days notice. Early cancellation of a fixed-term contract may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one month’s service.
Service Standards
Tydal commits to arriving within the agreed service window, completing all scope items listed in the proposal, and leaving a visit log on-site after each service.
Liability
Tydal Property Services carries $2,000,000 Commercial General Liability insurance. Certificate available on request. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or items not disclosed at the time of walkthrough.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will first be addressed through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to mediation in Montréal, QC under Quebec law.
